Sabai was previously known as Sabai Thai. MCC rebranded Sabai Thai to Sabai, which is an upscale Thai restaurant and craft cocktail bar on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The agency updated Sabai’s logo mark, created custom iconography, and built brand guidelines to be used in rebuilding a new WordPress website. The new website was developed using local search engine optimization best practices resulting in a 71.2% increase in Google Business profile views, a 92.2% increase in search appearance, and a 31.8% increase in bookings. MCC created and executed an organic social media strategy and social media community management. The social efforts have resulted in a 7,400% increase in post reach, 140% increase in profile visits, 18,000% increase in post likes, 11,000% increase in post saves, 128% increase in website taps, 131% increase in direction taps, and 4,700% increase in inbound messages on Instagram. On Facebook, there was a 1,100% increase in engagement rate, a 551% increase in page impressions, a 700% increase in page reach, and a 2,400% increase in page content clicks.

MCC developed a new website experience while leveraging local search engine optimization (SEO) best practices. Our goal for the Sabai website build was to increase online visibility and boost ranking in search engine results pages within the competitive New York City restaurant market. With strategic localized marketing initiatives and a consistent focus on quality customer experience, Sabai’s new website set out to bridge the gap between its traditional branding strategy and the digital age.
